SportsPlus Athletics provides athletic training, coaching, and related sports performance services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor participating in our services and consent to their participation.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors participating in our programs.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for services selected.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide notice at least 10 days in advance of the session start date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Refunds, if granted, are issued at our sole discretion.
Participation in athletic training and sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Physical injury
Muscle strain
Sprains
Serious bodily injury
By participating in our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic training activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, SportsPlus Athletics, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to release and hold harmless SportsPlus Athletics from any claims related to participation in training sessions or use of our facilities.
Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to participation.
You confirm that you (or your child) are physically able to participate in athletic training activities.
Participants agree to:
Follow coach instructions
Treat staff and other participants with respect
Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.
All content on sportsplusathletics.com, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of SportsPlus Athletics and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with website functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
