This registration is for K-5 after-school flag football at Cornerstone Charter Academy. SportsPlus offers after school sports throughout the school year to students in Pre-K through 5th grade. Seasons are typically seven weeks long. Our current season includes flag football, cheer, tennis and golf.
Flag Football practices begin the week of October 19th.
On your child’s practice day(s) our coaches will pick them up directly from Cornerstone’s Elementary buildings and escort them to the on campus practice location.
Athletic shoes are required for all practices. Students in grades 1-5 will have the opportunity to change into athletic clothes before practices.
Pick up from practices on Mondays and Tuesdays is 5pm. Wednesday pick up is 4pm.
K-5 flag football players will have the option to practice one day per week ($125), two days per week ($155), or three days per week ($195). Practices are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Once your practice day is chosen on the registration, that will be your child’s practice day each week during their season with us.
There will be an end of season Game Day for all CCA K-5 flag football players on campus on Cornerstone’s football field. That date will be announced ASAP.
We invite you to play with TEAMS Athletic Association on the weekends! Come out and represent Cornerstone against other schools! This includes seven game dates with a Championship Game against other local schools. This is completely optional as an add-on to our normal after school practices. You’ll find the option to add these extra games below for a $40 league fee.
TEAMS ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION games begin October 17th with a practice/scrimmage date. They continue each Saturday through December 12th with the exception of Thanksgiving break. Games will have start times between 12PM and 4PM. For more details visit the TEAMSAA website.
